This is how I ended my presentation today at END – The International Conference on Education and New Developments 2019.

What I talked about:

• Risk-taking and the junction of Failure, Innovation, and Education.
• Failure in other fields (such as High tech and the Medical field).
• The opposing forces in the public sector between innovation and error.
• The organizational environment that is “blame-free” and can successfully transform failures into learning experiences.
